Great Location and Friendly Staff

The location was surprisingly good, with easy access to both old and new Dubai. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to popular spots like La Mer Beach and Dubai Mall. it made our outings much easier. However, the cleanliness of the carpets in our room could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and comfy, really liked the big bathrooms! The housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. Just a bit of noise from the elevator, which was kinda annoying, but not a deal-breaker. Overall, it felt good to crash after a long day.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency recommendations. I’m coming back for a business trip!

Recommend it for families with children

The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh omelettes made to order that my kids loved. Our executive suite had two bathrooms, super handy when you got four kids to handle, and gave us some much-needed privacy, especially with a door between the bedrooms.

Spent 5 nights in a Superior Double Room. Loved the spacious room with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and private bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, and the fitness center had everything I needed. Daily shuttle service to malls was super convenient. Staff were really kind, especially in the restaurant!
